Robbie Seniors

Robbie Seniors is a social group that organises gatherings, talks, and excursions for any local residents who are aged 55 or over.

Meetings

The group meets in the Robertstown Peace Hall on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, February through December.

Upcoming Events

March 17th: Trip to Mannum – PW Mayflower boat trip with morning tea; view Mannum Marina; Lunch at Pretoria Hotel or Mannum Club

​

24th April: Wreath-making for Anzac day (annual fundraiser in Peace Hall)

 

19th May: Lyndoch – Mark Edwards display garden & plants; Barossa Park viewing; Lunch at Lyndoch Hotel, visit Sunrise Bakery; Afternoon Tea at Lavender Farm (Rowland Flat)

16th June: Home Day with local speaker–video on White Island, New Zealand; visit by Robertstown Primary students

 

21st July: Gawler Cinema Silver Screening with morning tea / shopping

​

18th August: Home day & AGM with local  speaker re travels

 

15th September: Munno Para shopping trip, plus visit to nursery on return

 

20th October: Round trip excursion to Hamilton historical church, lunch at Allendale Creek Hotel, Smokin’ Heights Iris Farm, Kapunda on way home

 

17th November: Home Day; view Roberstown 150th celebrations; Local speaker

 

15th December: Christmas lunch at the Robertstown Hotel
